Amy was fantastic explaining all the service issues, and offers. setting up screens, explaining all the accessories, called a week and 2 weeks after purchase to make sure I was adjusting well with my newer features. How it drove etc. Explained warranty. Very good experience with this dealership.

I took my car in to get a new cluster put in and they were having trouble finding a part. Originally hey said about two weeks to get the car done and a lot of that was finding a part. Wednesday I talked to them and they said they had finally located a new cluster and it would be probably another week or two to get it. Shoping their inventory online before I went in to meet with the salesperson made it easy to find the car I wanted. Amy was a easy to talk with and very knowledgeable about the features of the car I wanted and the buying process. She's also very good at explaining all the tech and how to use it, as well as following up a few days later to see if I needed a refresher on anything. Two thmbs up!

It may not mean much to anyone else, but I stopped by the Crawfordsville Chevrolet location (having bought my rate Truck in Texas) i couldn’t figure out how to pair my phone device to the stereo. two Technicians jumped in the driver seat and passenger seat and fixed it within two minutes.
