Poor service, shoddy workmanship, shady costs, and deceptive practices top the list. Warranty denied for "manufacturer's defect". New motor $7600 agreed to, then instead got a short block for $8700 that didn't make it 250 miles before needing a new crankshaft seal. Can't stress enough just what a horrific waste this company is overall. Would not let them service a push mower at this point.

The salesman my mom seen was rude and when they have deals he asked if we read the stipulations and I did but it says there was only one thing about negative equity that’s it and it was a waste of time when the internet guys said he could help and really they can just to get ppl in the door false advertisement
The on-line help (Kerry), sales (Matt) & Darien (finance) were very helpful. These three made the process easy and fast. Plus they were all very friendly and professional. I would recommend this small town dealership to anyone.
Been servived 3 times each timee something else wrong.now losing oil.not leaking or burning.friend said they may of tinkered with 2 weeks ago at service work.went bought new ford wont buy there again.friend thinks pvc valve and said how different places can make it go out

I was told not to buy a car at Christi Hubler, but I needed a dependable car for my commute. The car lasted 21 days and I had a huge repair bill that I couldn’t pay. Lost my job, lost the car, and they completely lost my respect. AVOID THIS PLACE. Two months later I went to a used car dealership, NOT CHRISTI HUBLER, and bought a car for a 3rd of the price and it’s been good to me ever since.
Quick service and very helpful. Great salesmanship and very pleased with sale. Paperwork took most of the time up but test drive was good. Overall good experience.
Avoid. Shady dealers. Purchased a trailblazer SS. Windshield was cracked. They said they will replace. Two weeks later, after contacting manager, got some traction. Bunch of liars.

I Charles Prange when for aa check engine light came out with a new rebuilt engine. I was have a miss fire in one of the cylinders got it fixed then they said that so much fuel was going into the catyllict converter that it ruined it then got that well then they said the engine had some scoring going in the engine block well I had to get the entire engine replaced that got done with all the work that got done it sucks to drive because it puts off a strong smell like fuel in the cab bad ... Brought our 2016 buick encore in for recall work on air bag recall and got the car back with a non working information center. Was told there would be loaner car and low and behold the next day nope no car we were told Christi needed the car and took it home. I was fuming. That was a month ago. So I bought a brand new 2016 Chevy Spark off this dealer back in October 2016. Love the car. Great on gas. I am supposed to get 32 City and 40 highway and I was getting that for the entire time I owned the vehicle til about 1.5 months ago. Now it gets 24 city and 32 highway.... Christi Hubler helped me in a tremendous way, I had an issue with a used car I purchased from here and I didn't want to keep putting parts on a car that was only 3 years old, long story short she got me a brand new car when I thought it was nearly impossible since my wife has one too, she personally went above and beyond my expectations when I was able to deal with her directly and thank you again Christi for your customer service and satisfaction I will return again in the future for my next vehicle purchases!!
Will not buy anything from this dealer ever again. Thought it would be nice to have a have new Chevy dealer in the town of a small town Crawfordsville Indiana. I thought wrong.
