Getting your car repaired is NEVER a good experience. The stress of the unknown, the despair and empty feelings are devestating. I had the wonderful opportunity of working with Service Manager Mike, and Service Advisor Nick. They went well above and beyond the call of duty. They eased our concerns and genuinely were here to help. Our situation was unique to say the least, but they showed up and showed up big. It was abundantly clear that their only goal was serving us and taking care of our family at an extremely fair price in my opinion. The patience, care, and attention to detail we experienced with them is by far not the "norm" that you read online from the automotive industry. They went out of their way to disprove my opening statement, and make a devestating experience as calm and peaceful as possible. I will be forever grateful for the staff, and leadership that Christi Hubler herself demonstrates. Christi is obviously doing many things right. Getting grace and compassion to trickle through the entire organization down to the receptionist answering the phone takes a lot. Well done all! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. This place is second to none!!!! They worked hard to get me in a vehicle and actually got me in a brand new one which I sure didn't expect. Everyone I dealt with and came in contact with was top notch. Amy was my sales person and wow, she was amazing both times I dealt with her and Darian who is the sales manager was just as great.
